Cancellation policy: If cancellation is made prior to 4 business days before the surgery date, 100% of the down payment and any other payment made to Lite'n Free will be returned to the customer. If it's made after four days before the surgery date, 70% of the down payment or any other payment received by Lite'N Free will be returned to the customer.
