My experience is not very different from other obese people. I feel like I have been a professional dieter all my life. Yo-Yo syndrome should be my middle name. It took a major health scare to open my eyes. I may need a kidney transplant in the future. I realized "Me", "Myself" and "I" had to get serious about my level of wellness. NOW!!! That's the "Why?" Now for the "how?" I began to research the procedures and decided I wanted the Lap Band procedure. Less invasive, adjustable, and reversible if necessary. I found Lite´n Free and was impressed! I could not have been treated any better anywhere else. The hospital felt more like a Spa. Big room, beautiful
decor. It did not feel or smell like a hospital. I went alone to the hospital in Mexico, however I never felt alone. The staff from the Patient advocate, to the Nutritionist , the Psychologist, the Nursing staff, EVERYONE was great to me. I felt safe and in good care. I had my surgery Dec. 10, 2004 (9) weeks ago. I have lost 40 lbs. to date. I look better, I feel better, and my physician Specialists all agree that I have added quantity and quality to my life. I am looking forward to going back for my adjustment. I want to share with them, my success. They made it possible. I am making it happen.
