After several years of unsuccessful fad diets and tons of misplaced money on diet programs, I made two brilliant decisions...one was to have Lap Band surgery and the other was choosing Lite´n Free! Although I was obese and had all the symptoms associated with obesity such as sleep apnea, tiredness, high sugar levels, etc., my insurance in the United States would not cover the procedure.

Luckily for me while researching facilities abroad, I came across Lite´n Free. The staff, the doctor and the facilities are beyond equal. The pre- and post-surgical attention from everyone is one of professionalism and everyone is genuinely interested in your success. I just celebrated my first year anniversary since my surgery in January 2006 and not only have I reached my initial goal, I have surpassed it and managed to keep the weight off. By now, making the right food choices is second-nature and exercise has become a way of life. I feel in the best shape of my life and I´m happy to say that people can´t believe I´m 42 years old!
