One morning I realized that I was unhappy, depressed, single and couldnt compete with my friends since they were more
attractive and smaller than me. My father recommended Lap Band surgery since he is a doctor so I did my research and decided to go for it. Its been the greatest investment of my life. After the band my whole attitude towards life changed completely, I started making healthier choices, exercising, going out with friends, feeling free, and laughing again. Its been five years since I underwent surgery and I have lost 68 pounds and have stayed at my ideal weight which is 125 lbs. I got pregnant without having it removed and only gained 22 lbs. I totally recommend it.
