After being trapped in a obese body for years, I made the decision to try something other than the conventional methods that never worked. I was on so many medications due to obesity and my health was failing very fast. I knew the time had come to have something done. I contacted Lite´n Free and spoke with their patient coordinator very
many times. She graciously answered all my questions and put my fears at rest. My first trip to Monterrey was a nervous one, but a trip I would do again a hundred times over. The staff at the hospital, the patient coordinator and the surgeon, were and still are, number one. I began my journey on January 21, 2005 as a 293lb obese woman who wore a size 26/28 and they were much to tight. I am now 12 months out and weigh 145 lbs and wear a size 12/14. I still have a little to go but have no doubt I will accomplish the rest. The band is an awesome invention and it saved my life! It is also a tool and with all tools if used correctly you get a better result. I do as instructed. I eat correctly and exercise. Life could not be any better now, that the band and the specialists at Lite´n Free gave me my life back. I could never thank them enough.
